Manager, Policy Innovations
Laura joins REBA as a Manager on the Policy Innovations team where she supports REBA members in achieving their renewable energy goals by overcoming policy barriers and promoting clean energy policies. Before joining REBA, Laura served as Director of Programs with GRID Alternatives Mid-Atlantic where she led efforts to expand GRID’s client outreach and workforce development programming throughout the region. Previously, Laura worked at the Department of Energy (DOE) where she served as Director of the Quadrennial Energy Review Secretariat and led the development and production of an analytically-based review of U.S. energy policies.
Laura also served in various capacities in DOE’s Office of Energy Policy and Systems Analysis and at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, but started her career as a community organizer working on both issue-based and political campaigns. Laura is a graduate of Rider University where she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance.
