Vic Arrington

Senior Fellow

Vic Arrington is a Senior Fellow with CEBA.

Vic has spent his career helping private sector corporations and global non-profits in matters of strategy, marketing, and organization. He worked with McKinsey and Company serving clients in seven countries on a diverse range of projects including corporate strategy, profit improvement, and organization effectiveness. Following McKinsey, he served as a Senior Director and San Diego VP with the cable division of Cox Enterprise.

Beginning in 2000, Vic turned much of his attention to working with global non-profits. He has worked with Save the Children in the USA and the UK on issues of organization and marketing, served Mercy Corps to help develop private sector partnerships, and at the Clinton Climate Initiative, he led the global corporate Real Estate initiative to improve building energy efficiency. He served as EVP with Future Generations, responsible for conservation and development programs in India, Afghanistan, China and Peru. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Conservation International responsible for the Center for Environmental Leadership in Business, responsible for programs with roughly 30 major corporations.
